Kash Info Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("QuickKaraar", "we", "us", "our") operates the QuickKaraar mobile and web applications (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights over it.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored hashed). We may collect a profile photo if you choose to upload one.
1.2 Agreement and document content
To generate rental agreements and related documents, you provide us with information about landlords, tenants, properties, rental terms, and other parties involved. You may also upload supporting documents (e.g., property documents, identity proof, photos).
1.3 Identity and KYC documents
You may upload images of government-issued identity documents including Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence (collectively, "KYC Documents") for the purpose of including or referencing them in your agreements. KYC Documents are stored encrypted at rest and are accessible only to your authenticated account.
1.4 Usage and device information
We collect basic technical information when you use the Service, including device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, and crash logs. This is used for diagnostics, security, and improving reliability.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service: generate agreements, manage your customers and properties, send notifications.
- To deliver agreements over channels you request, including PDF download and WhatsApp.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To respond to support requests.
- To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
- To comply with applicable law and lawful requests from authorities.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on (a) your consent, given when you create an account and use the Service; (b) the performance of our contract with you to provide the Service; and (c) our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Service, balanced against your rights.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited cases:
- With recipients you specify: for example, when you send an agreement PDF to a tenant or counter-party over WhatsApp or email, that recipient receives the agreement contents.
- With service providers: we use trusted vendors for hosting, messaging delivery (e.g., WhatsApp Business API), crash reporting, and analytics. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality.
- For legal reasons: when required by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of QuickKaraar, our users, or the public.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers operated on our behalf in India. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields and KYC Documents, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No internet-based service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and agreement data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data through the app or by contacting support.
- Request export of your agreements as PDF or other portable formats.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.

8. Children's privacy
QuickKaraar is intended for use by adults entering into rental and legal arrangements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
QuickKaraar is operated from India and primarily serves users in India. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in India under Indian law.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice or email.

12. Governing law
